Tenant-to-Tenant Migration
Merging two Microsoft 365 tenants after an acquisition, or splitting a tenant after a divestiture. One of the most complex migrations there is – and one we’ve done many times.

Discovery and Assessment
We audit your current environment – every mailbox, every file, every server, every integration. We document what you have, what needs to move, and what can be retired. You receive a written migration plan before any work begins.
Architecture and Design
We design the target environment using Microsoft’s recommended security baselines – not defaults. This includes tenant configuration, security policies, file structure, and user permissions. Everything is agreed before we start.
We migrate a small group of users first (typically 3–5 volunteers). This validates the process, catches any issues, and gives us a clean run before the full migration. Your pilot users test everything and confirm it works.
Full Migration
The rest of the business is migrated in planned batches – usually overnight or over a weekend. Email continues to flow throughout. Users log in the next morning to find everything where it should be.
Validation and Handovern
We verify every mailbox, every file, every calendar entry. We run a full checklist and sign it off with you. We decommission the old system. We provide user training and a support period for questions.
Ongoing Management
Once migrated, your new environment is managed by our team – security monitoring, licence management, user support, and quarterly reviews. All included in your managed IT plan.
